It doesn’t matter if it’s creamy or chunky, but it DOES matter if it’s natural. Regular peanut butter is full of sugar and hydrogenated vegtable oil. You don’t need the extra sugar, and the hydrogenated oil is bad stuff. So go for the healthy natural peanut butter.
