FRESH CRANBERRY RELISH RECIPE
4 cups fresh cranberries
2 medium-sized apples, cored but not peeled
2 medium-sized oranges, pitted
2/3 cups honey
- Clean the cranberries and remove any dried or discolored ones. Make sure there are no stems left on any of the berries.
- Use a food processor to chop the fresh cranberries, apples, and oranges.
- Combine with the honey, making sure to blend everything thoroughly.
- Refrigerator for several hours or overnight before serving. Makes about 1 quart of relish.
