Introducing “Health Food Made Easy - One Bite at a Time!”
Welcome!
There is an overwhelming amount of information available these days on diet plans, and conflicting opinions on what constitutes a “good” diet. There really isn’t any one-size-fits-all sort of eating plan, but whatever type of diet you follow, it should be filled with health foods.
What do I mean by health foods?
Health food is defined as “ food believed to be highly beneficial to health, especially a food grown organically and free of chemical additives.”
These are foods filled with nutrients for nourishment. They fit in every diet plan, whether you eat meat and vegetables, are a vegetarian, vegan, or eat raw foods only.
Why the “made easy” part? Well, while some folks may thrive on a complete and immediate change in lifestyle, for others it’s too much adjustment at once, and discouraging when it seems impossible to make all those changes.
It doesn’t have to be that way. You can change your diet one bite at a time by making gradual improvements in your diet, incorporating more and more health foods as time goes by.
Stay tuned for suggestions on how to make such changes, articles on good ingredients, recipes cookbook reviews, and more.
It’s health food, made easy.
